About Athirappilly
Athirappilly is famous for the "Niagara of India", Kerala’s biggest waterfall, where the Chalakudy river drops about 80 feet into the gorge. It’s also the start of a beautiful stretch of forest, river and hills.
From Murai you can visit the falls, splash at Dream World and Silver Storm, walk the hanging bridge at Thumboormuzhi or drive the forest road to the tea gardens at Malakkappara.
